If you would like to return your fLASH Eyelash Serum purchased on www.flashcosmetics.com for any reason within 90 days of delivery date, simply submit a request to do so through our Contact Us form. If you would like to return any other fLASH Eyelash Serum products, you may do so within 30 days of delivery date. You may also request to do so through our Contact Us form.
Please provide the date purchased and order number. If you have purchased from an authorized retailer, please submit your return directly through them.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery may be eligible for a partial refund or no refund.
